I practice and teach flexible dieting. This allows people to be less strict on the types of food they eat to ensure no plateaus and boring meals. I offer customized macros (calories, carbs, fats and protein), and knowledge on the food you put in your body. I have been able to follow flexible dieting without any struggle since I allow myself a treat meal every week! The word "dieting" sounds horrible...but if you learn how to manage and balance food with appropriate exercise I promise it will be worth it, let me help!
